Major League Soccer commissioner Don Garber announced on Thursday that Philadelphia Union manager Peter Nowak would miss a total of two games following his red card against Chivas USA on April 21st. Nowak was also fined $5,000 dollars. Chivas USA coach Robin Fraser was fined $500 dollars. Both teams were also sanctioned, with Philadelphia fined $5,000 dollars and Chivas USA $2500 dollars for "the behavior of its players and team staff."
