Ogunbiyi joins New York from Viborg

Defender Babajide Ogunbiyi is now a member of the New York Red Bulls and could make his debut as early as Tuesday night against Spurs.  Ogunbiyi was drafted by New York in 2009 but chose to sign with Denmark's Viborg.  “Babajide is a defender with a lot of potential and we believe he can provide depth to our back line,” Red Bulls general manager Erik Soler said in a press statement. “We are excited to bring him to New York and track his progress for the remainder of the season.”
