Toronto adds another forward

On Saturday, Toronto completed a trade with New York for forward Quincy Amarikwa who joins the Reds in exchange for a conditional draft pick. “With the injury to Danny Koevermans there became an immediate need to add some additional help up top and we feel Quincy will address this area,” Toronto coach Paul Mariner said. “Quincy is a hard worker, with great athletic abilities and a positive attitude. That’s what we look for in all our players. We feel he will fit in with our club nicely.”
