Chivas USA's move for designated player Shalrie Joseph became official on Wednesday morning, with the club announcing they'd completed a trade with New England. In exchange, Blair Gavin is now a member of the Revolution along with a 2013 second round SuperDraft pick and allocation money. “We are very glad to bring Shalrie Joseph to the organization,” Chivas USA general manager Jose Domene said. “He has been one the most consistent players in this League. He brings his experience and he will help us make that final push for the playoffs and hopefully MLS Cup.”
