Fabian Johnson to miss Guatemala game

The illness that kept Fabian Johnson from reporting to camp will keep him out of the October qualifiers entirely, the US Soccer Federation confirmed in an announcement.  Johnson has the flu, and will not be available for Tuesday’s game against Guatemala.  That leaves the USA with 16 field players and three goalkeepers.
