WASHINGTON, DC (Aug 29, 2008) USSoccerPlayers -- Tim Howard's Everton and Oguchi Onyewu's Standard Liege were drawn against each other in the first knockout round of the UEFA Cup. Liege lost to Liverpool earlier this week in Champions League qualifying.
Everton hosts the first leg on September 18th, with the second leg on October 2nd.
Brad Friedel and Brad Guzan's Aston Villa drew Bulgarian club Litex Lovech.
