Carlos Bocanegra was in for the full 90 as Rennes lost to a Bordeaux club that played a man down from the 27th minute. Marc Planus was sent off with his club trailing 1-0 after Rennes opened with Romain Danze scoring 18 seconds into the game. Bocanegra started the early scoring move with a cross to Olivier Thomert who setup Danze. Yoan Gouffran scored in the 62nd minute and Yoann Gourcuff gave Bordeaux the lead in the 70th. Moussa Sow's equalized for Rennes in the 89th, but Gourcuff hit Bordeaux's winner a minute later. Rennes remain 7th in Ligue 1. Bordeaux are second.

Charlie Davies played the full game for Hammarby. They opened the scoring in the 23rd through Nathan Paulse. Par Eriksson equalized for GAIS late in the first half, and Carneiro Wanderson gave them the lead in the 61st. Sebastian Castro-Tello equalized for Hammarby in the 82nd. Hammarby have five points from six games in the Swedish Allsvenskanliga.
