Dominic Cervi has finally gotten his Italian passport, allowing him to join Scottish Premier League club Celtic. The move was originally announced in September, but Cervi has been waiting to get his passport in order to join the club. Cervi qualified for an Italian passport through his grandparents, allowing him to bypass the need for a work permit. He has been without a club since declining to sign with Chicago after the 2008 SuperDraft. He is expected to be officially announced as a member of Celtic sometime this week.
