Toronto midfielder Dwayne De Rosario will not be taking his place among Major League Soccer's First XI against Everton on Wednesday, July 29th. Instead, he will be playing for Toronto that night in their CONCACAF Champions League qualifier against the Puerto Rico Islanders. Chicago Fire midfielder Cuauhtemoc Blanco replaces De Rosario in the First XI as the next highest midfield vote-getter.
