The Mexico - United States world Cup Qualifier will start at 4pm on Wednesday, August 12th. The choice for start time is being considered a bit of gamesmanship on the part of Mexico, similar to the United States scheduling the US leg in Columbus. Though the expected winter weather never materialized, Mexico lost that game 2-0 on February 11th.
