United States National Team coach Bob Bradley announced the roster for this Saturday's friendly against Slovakia (10am - FSC). The late announcement was due to the availability of players from Major League Soccer, with four teams exiting the playoffs over the weekend. This roster isn't set for next Wednesday's friendly against Denmark.
"These matches present a terrific opportunity to continue building on the nucleus of our team, and at the same time evaluate more of the player pool against very good opponents,” Bradley said. “We are very pleased with what we have accomplished in a long and challenging year, and we move forward with the goal of getting ourselves ready to be a competitive team in the World Cup.”
