Selhurst Park hosts the first leg of the Carling Cup semifinal, with the second-leg on January 24th. Crystal Palace knocked out Manchester United to get here, and were rewarded by not having to play the Premier League clubs on the other side of the bracket. Cardiff isn't exactly a lightweight for Palace, eight places ahead of them in the Championship table.
